Can anyone tell me what time buses leave Petra for Aqaba each day? I can't seem to find it on the JETT website. I presume one of the routes named stops at Petra and that is why it is not mentioned. Would we need to book the bus in April?

The bus is leaving from Wadi Musa.
Petra, close to Wadi Musa, is the old Nabatean city.

Thank you . We are staying at the Petra Moon Hotel. I think the JETT bus stop is near the hotel. Is that correct?

I didn't use it when I was in Wadi Musa (but another one)
It will be better to ask when you will be there.

The public transports including minibuses are leaving from the "bus station" in the "middle" of the city. It will be better to be there in the morning.

Yeah, thats the best bet for public transport, otherwise take a more regular minibus to Ma'an where there are much more frequent services to Aqaba. Note that these minibuses are very cramped, full of people, have no extra space for luggage and frequently over charge tourists. I didn't really enjoy taking them in Jordan, only there were cheap.

You might find it easier to try and share a taxi with other tourists, which is easy to organise through accomodation.

There's no Jett bus at all from Petra to Aqaba only the minibus that's leave every morning from the bus staion down town of Wadi Mousa, Also there's around 12 mid day and sometimes later than that only if the bus fill up .
