I am Planning my long awaited trip to the Middle east consisting of Jordan, Egypt and Israel somewhere around the mid of april.
Total duration would be 3 weeks and would be having 6-7 days for Jordan. I know its too less but really cant help it !!!
This is the plan what i could think of reading Lonely planet, other sites and talking to some people ..
Day 1 Nuweiba(Egypt) - Aqaba(Spend day there) - Wadi Rum(take the last bus or the first one next morning)
Day 2 Wadi Rum (During the day) .. Leave For Petra during evening/Night
Day 3 Petra
Day 4 Day in Petra; Then Move to Amman during mid-day… Night in Amman. Don’t need too much time in Amman because in any case we would be transiting on Royal Jordanian when going to Egypt.
Day 5 Day Trip early morning to Dead Sea.
Day 6 Early Morning to Jerash. Stay in Jerash/Irbid.
Day 7 Early Morning to Umm Qais. Then Head back to Amman and Leave for Tel Aviv.
Does this look fine or there is something i am missing ... Different people might say different things but its good to know all the options.
Please feel free to comment on this or give me suggestions and definitely tell me if i have included something which is not worth or maybe spending more than time needed for a place.
Anyone traveling at the same time ? Any localite fancying some coffee/drink/sightseeing ?
Peace
Ari
