This question has been asked many times.
No there isn't.
You must take public transport to the King Hussein/Allenby Bridge on the Jordanian side, cross the border on your own, and then take public transport on the Israel side.

There is no direct bus. You will have to take a bus in Amman for King Hussein bridge (the Jordanian name of Allenby bridge). Once there, you will have to go to the departure hall for foreigners, have your passport stamp and wait for the special foreigner bus to cross the no man's land.
Once on the Israeli side you will have to go through lengthy control and immigration checks. Once your passports has been stamped, you need to take a Palestinian minibus for East Jerusalem (Allenby is the border between Jordan and Palestine, in the West Bank, but is controlled by the Israeli army). The minibuses depart as soon as they're full, usually it goes fast. It's a 30 mn drive to East Jerusalem, and the bus stop is close to the Old City's Damascus Gate. It's not as complicated as it looks, and you're likely to run into other travelers doing the same trip.

Bus from King Hussein Border to Amman Jordan and back...?
does anyone has any information? timetable locations, exetera... is it the Jett company?
Does anyone know if you need another visa to return to/re-entry into Amman after visiting Jerusalem? Thank you.

if you are visiting Israel for one day I heard you dont need one, but let them know when you cross. chekout in the visa disscutions here, i have seen some information there

Just answered part on another forum. No new visa as long as your entire trip from entering Jordan first to leaving it, including the time in Jerusalem is under a month. You will need to pay 5JD exit tax and I think 175NIS when you leave Israel/oPt.
There may be busses to the border? The bus station keeps moving for this route (ok keeps moving in my mind). Basically ask where to go from (your hotel/hostel will know) then get there for 6:30/7:00 and people will shout Allenby/King hussein at you then bundle you into a shared taxi or bus. If you have to choice choose taxi as it'll go after having 4 passengers. If you chose bus you could be waiting for the bus to fill up. And if other people start getting off to take a taxi you'll be stuck for a long time. If you are the first person and travelling alone ask if you can have the front seat - it'll be more comfortable. It should cost around 5JD per person to the border and only take 45 min once it leaves.
