You could write a book on them..
We went to Syria just as the troubles were starting last year. When we get to Ben Gurian in December ,using these passports with Syrian stamps in are we more likely thasn not to facew a long de

If you visited Syria strictly as a tourist and answer all their questions honestly It's unlikely you'll be delayed.

There was just a traveler on Trip Advisor who reported no problems and a less than 5 minute delay as they entered Israel with Syrian stamps in their passport. Go see if you can find it. I think the word Syria was in the title of their question/comment.

With a Syrian visa stamp you are likely to be quickly interrogated upon arrival, and searched / interrogated more at lengths when you travel back, before boarding the plane. However you should be allowed into the country without any problem, and the fact that you were in Syria as the trouble started will not matter.

#1 I too have had Syrian, Pakistan, Iranian, and Lebanese stamps/visas etc. in my passport and faced no extended questioning or any search at Israeli borders. #1 You can expect to be asked the purpose of your visit to Syria, before you board the flight, and again when you have arrive in Israel. In your case if your Syrian visit was merely for tourism and not to gain extended experience in a Hezballah training camp, you will allowed to board the flight and subsequently enter Israel. All the security questions you will be asked, before you board the flight, again when you enter, and again when you exit, should simply be answered truthfully.
You will have appreciated that the Syrian government, if you visited the magnificently built North Korean constructed, Damascus Tishreen (October) War Panorama (of misinformation) that Syria is technically still at war with Israel (since 1973).
I hope you have a great time in Israel.

Misinformation is a staple in the region, Syria and Israel are no exceptions. Listening to the have Damascus Tishreen (October) War Panorama in Syria and the Kenitra view point audioguide in Israel reveals, in both cases, a vivid imagination.
