Is the information in the Lonely Planet book still current?
I heard that they may have discontinued the route beginning in Haifa and now only goes from Nazareth?
If not, what time does it pick up in Haifa? In Nazareth
Where is the pickup in Nazareth (and Haifa if still applies)?
Where is the dropoff in Amman? What time?

The bus doesn't go from Haifa, but there is frequent bus service from Haifa to HaPikkud junction (bus 331 and 332). I'm not sure where the bus lets you out in Amman, but taxi service is metered and cheap in Amman so you can get just about anywhere for 1-2JD ($2-3 USD).
