Does anyone know how to get from the airport TLV to anywhere in Haifa or nearby in the north?

What options are there? Like what are bus names, shared taxis, etc.???

Can I go from airport, or do I have to get to tel aviv bus terminal first? if so, which terminal? thanks!!

The best way is by direct train from the airport to Haifa.

I second what Scythian wrote. You don't have to go to Tel Aviv. There are several stations in Haifa, and the train then continues northwards. Some trains may terminate in Haifa so if you want to continue to Akko or Nahariya you will need to change at one of the Haifa stations (any one).
