"at an early age these children of the Palestinians have already turned wild "

"Palestinian children are raised in homes under very difficult circumstances. I enter refugee camps almost weekly and have never been harassed by children"
A while back i was cycling with my wife south of Bethlehm. When we dismounted and had locked the bikes we were attacked by kids with slingshots and had both bikes stolen.
I'm afraid i can have quite a bit of sympathy with #grinningnome's statement. This was not the first incident of generalised aggression by out of control kids there. A term better known in the UK, 'Feral' comes to mind.
#16 I won't disagree totally with #16's first sentence, although i believe that is to a large extent, as in the UK that is a cop out for lack of parental control.and maybe even morals on the part of the parents. As for not being harassed, if you are leading tours 'sympathetic' to the Palestinians in the WB then the cultural 'protection of the invited friend' element comes in to play.
It's a bit different if you are on your own, unknown and unprotected. Sometimes things work out okay, sometimes not.
