I'm flying into Tel Aviv next week and I'm not too worried about the Egyptian visa in my passport (as a lot of tourists visit there) but I'm a little concerned about my visa for Sudan, where I visited in 2011.
Will I still be okay to enter Israel with minimal trouble? I have visited both of these countries just as a tourist, as is my reason for visiting Israel.

Israel does not stop people because of where they have been. You may or may not ( no one can tell in advance) be asked a few other questions, Why did you visit? etc. etc. OR you may be waved in like everyone else. Israeli authorities are aware that people travel all over the world.
It is important that "if" you are asked question you answer honestly. LIes will only prolong your experience. If they ask what appears to be a repetitive question or a foolish question--just answer politely and honestly. They know what they are doing and have their reasons. You should be on your way in a few minutes. NOte: most questions are initially asked by the young man/women in the immigration booth. Don't flip them off because they are young! ( as i've read of others doing)
