Times on the Egged website are only for the next seven days, updated daily. September 16 will be like a Friday, and this coming Friday the last bus leaves Jerusalem at 17:00. But you can go as late as you like by sherut (shared taxi).

Sheruts (shared taxis) run from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv 24/7. They leave from Zion Square (the corner of Jaffa Road and Ben-Yehuda Street.

On Shabbat and holidays the fare is 35 shekels per person. (Normal weekday fare is 24 shekels.)
