Personally, I would put BOTH cities low on my list of priorities. There are far more interesting places to visit in the Galilee. How much time do you have available and what mode of transport are you using ?

I agree. Both are low priority sites, unless you feel you absolutely must visit the Basilica of the Annunciation in Nazareth (also not much to see as far as churches are concerned).

How long will you plan to be in the Galilee ? Will you rent a car (recommended !!) or will you use public transport ?
One place that you should definitely visit is Akko. In the Upper Galilee you can visit Tel-Dan, the Banias, Nimrod Castle. South of the Sea of Galilee you can visit Bet Shean. The list is endless - what are your interests ?

If you are interested in Christian holy sites, the northwest shore of the Sea of Galilee should interest you (Capernaum, etc.).
