Shalom, please give me your recommendation for staying in a Kibbutz for visiting the Tel Aviv Area and for visiting the Haifa area. Many of the Kibbutzim that I stayed in these areas 15 years ago do not have room accommodations any more. We liked eating in the kibbutz dinning room (breakfast & dinner) with the Kibbutzniks and also enjoyed tours of the work areas at their Kibbutz. We also liked doing Israeli folk dancing with the Kibbutzniks .We need a swimming pool as well to swim laps in. Most of the Kibbutzim hotels /country lodging do not seem to have the aforementioned features that we value. Pleases give me your most appreciated recommendations and the best way to make the reservations in your opinion. It will be my 14 year-old son and my wife with me. Todah Rabah!

You might look here:
http://www.israelpoint.com/english/kibbutzim.htm
and here
http://www.kosherdelight.com/KibbutzHotels.shtml

Note that those on the second site marked "glatt kosher" are strictly Orthodox, and if you are not, you wouldn't feel comfortable there.

Unfortunately, in recent years many guest houses (kibbutz and otherwise) have gone up-market, catering to wealthy Israelis and foreigners who can't leave home without expecting a private Jacuzzi, and they are priced accordingly.
