I am going to Israel for 8 days in X,mas day. Since I have a rush schedule, I am plan to visit Jerusalem (4 days), Galilee (3 days) and Tel Aviv (1 day). Any comment? As I am interested in visit Masada, is there any bus going from Jerusalem to Masada so that I could finish the sight seeing within 1 day.

You have divided up your itinerary very well.
There is public transport from Jerusalem to Massada. Look at http://www.egged.co.il/Eng/ . Note that buses do not operate on Saturdays.
Another option that is often recommended is the Abraham Hostels "tour" (transportation only) to the Dead Sea. The advantage is that you will be able to see Massada, the Ein Gedi Nature Reserve and go for a swim all in one day, something that is impossible by public transport:
