I will be traveling overland from India to Israel
via Pakistan, Iran, Turkey, Syria + Jordan and
would like to know if I may run into any problems
entering Israel with any of these stamps in my
passport?

You will definitely be interrogated more than usual but, if you convince the authorities that you are a bone fide tourist, you will have no problem entering Israel.
I suggest bringing snacks. You could be at the border for sometime. Stay calm, getting aggrevated isn't going to help you. They will let you through eventually, but it could take several hours.

Hello! My husband ad I went to Israel with a passport full of stamps from lots of "interesting" countries. It was no problem! The most we ever waited was less than 5 minutes and everyone was very nice. To be honest we expected more trouble than we got! The most we were ever delayed was actually at the train station in Haifa - and who knows? Maybe he was just envious of all our cool trips! :) We had much more aggravation just trying to get to a hotel in India! :)
Have fun! It sounds like quite the adventure! Israel should be a nice ending - very organized, easy to get around, lots of people speak excellent English...
If you're interested, here are our pictures and blog from our trip to Israel and from India.
Safe travels!
