I need help
i`m looking for a nice clean and safe hotel to stay for about 3 days
close to beach and not to far from train station.
I have the new LP Israel & The palestinian Ter.
But still no luck.
Who can recommand a nice and clean safe place to stay
for about 150 / 200 NIS per night EXCL. breakfast for expl.

Tel-Aviv's backpackers and hotels are not based around the train stations or bus station. You can see the Florentine is the only one that meets your budget; it is also the grungiest. I hope you enjoy Tel- Aviv.
An en-suite room in a Tel Aviv hotel for 200 shekels is completely unrealistic. As Sandyfoot says, you need to look at hostels.
All the railway stations are relatively far from the hotel/hostel areas. And anyway, it's impossible to be close to both the beach and the railway in Tel Aviv (look at a map!).
Try the "Hayarkon 48" hostel - private rooms, 1 block from the beach and plenty of buses to the train station:
