Yes. The Nesher shuttle operates 24/7 and will take you to any address in Jerusalem. They are 10-seater minibuses, they go when they are full, and they fill up quickly. The cost is about 60 shekels per person including luggage.

When you come out of the arrivals hall, you'll see the yellow-and-white Nesher minibuses right there.

I'm not sure I understand your question.

The Nesher shuttle (Nesher is the name of the company) is a service that runs from the airport to Jerusalem (and nowhere else). It is 10-seater minibuses, that take passengers to any destination in Jerusalem. These minibuses run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whenever the airport is open. The airport will be very busy at the time you arrive - it's always very busy.

Nesher will take you to any address in Jerusalem. The only exception is places inside the Old City where cars cannot enter because there are no roads inside the Old City, only walking paths and stairs. If you are going there, it will leave you at the closest point outside the Old City. It costs about 60 shekels and you pay the driver.

When you come out of the airport, follow the signs to TAXI and JERUSALEM SHUTTLE. You will see yellow-and-white minibuses waiting there. They have the name Nesher on the side. The driver will ask you where in Jerusalem you want to go. He may tell you to go to another minibus (if he is taking passengers to the north part of the city and you want to go to the south, for example). When the minibus arrives in Jerusalem it will drive around the city dropping passengers off at their destinations. You might be the first one to be let off, so you'll reach your destination early, or the last, so you'll have a tour of the city!

Does that answer your question?

Yes, I assumed you meant from the airport+ not +Tel Aviv the city since you said you FLY INTO TEL AVIV!

In fact it's easier to get from the airport to Jerusalem than from the airport to Tel Aviv, because there is no equivalent service to Tel Aviv.

Actually, you do not fly into Tel Aviv.

You fly to the international airport which is between TA and Jerusalem so if you use the information provided above it's just as easy to get to Jerusalem as it would be to get to TA.

Do you mean that even I leave at Ben Gurion airport at 12 am and I could still get the shuttle bus from airport to Jerusalem?

Post 1 answered your question.

That's what 24 / 7 means.

And as I wrote in post 4, more fully in case you don't know what 24/7 means:
These minibuses run 24 hours a day, seven days a week, whenever the airport is open.

If there are planes landing, the Nesher shuttle will be running. Planes land throughout the night, and the Nesher shuttle runs likewise.
