We'll be in Israel on saturday and am considering taking a day trip to the Dead Sea and Masada on Monday. Are there such tours from Eilat? Is it even possible to do it from Eilat and back in a day?

It is possible in a stretch to do this in a day - but do you mean private tours (which you can certainly organize) or a coach tour?
