I would venture to say that immigrants to the US and much of Europe have more of a struggle.

Israel is a challenge for American olim for many reasons, and much of it has to do with adapting to the culture. The cost of living in the US is not low and the cost of health care is something Americans have to worry about every day. It’s not an issue in Israel as it is universal.

As for the cost of real estate in Tel Aviv, one might think of it as the Manhattan, Paris or London of Israel. Most worker bees in the UK or US cannot touch the real estate in NY or London. Tel Aviv is small in area and there is limited space to build, so the quantity iof houinsg stock really does not increase substantialy
