I am traveling with a friend to Israel this summer in July for 10 days, travelling by public transport from Tel Aviv up to Haifa, Sea of Gallilee, Jerusalem, Bethlehem and the Dead Sea.
Ideally, we would like to be free of bookings so we potentially can change plans and decide where we want to stay en route; however, as it will be July and the summer holidays, is it advisable to book all our accomodation in advance? There are only 2 of us, and we aren't too fussy with accomodation, although we don't want to find that places are all booked up and be forced to spend a lot of money of hotel rooms.
Any advice will be gratefully received. Thanks!
Rebecca
