I will be travelling in Iran from April 18 until May 4. My itinerary will be rather classic and obvious:
Shiraz-Persepolis-Pasargadae-Yazd-Esfahan-Natanz-Kashan-Tehran. Is there a desert excursion you can recommend along this trip?

Finally I got my Visa to Iran but I have to be in India on March 9th! So I only have 14 days to travel through out iran and the must to go cities will be Tehran, Isfahan and Shiraz! Any other recommendation? How many days in each city is enough and buses are good!?

I'm finalising my tour details and looking for advice on timings etc on getting from Tehran back to IKI Airport.

My flight will leave at 08:35 in the morning so I am planning on completing my tour with one last afternoon/evening/overnight in Tehran. I assume I'll have to be at the airport check-in at least 2 hours prior to departure, ie 06:30 at the latest.

How long would it take to get from Tehran to the airport at that time in the morning? The hotel booking hasn't been made yet so I'm open…

Have travelled Iran extensively before by bus, now I'm hoping to used shared taxis to do this?

I'm American and thinking of visiting Kish from Dubai this weekend. Bad idea? Will they let me in?

Heyho, we (couple) want to hitchhike our way through Iran in the next 10 days. We won't be visiting any major cities/attractions, unless it simply happens, we mostly want to meet and interact with the locals. We don't have a tent and will probably knock on doors to find a place to sleep, mixed with staying in a guest house here and there to take a breather from the socialising in between.

What I would like to know is if it is safe to travel with a young child (she will be 1 when we go) and whether the areas we would like to visit are well set up for travelling with a baby.
