Hi! We're landing in Iran 31st May and want to book our first couple of nights in Tehran at Hotel Nadeiri (unless any of you want to warn us off . . . :p) The LP doesn't give a fax number, and my friend found an e-mail address but it didn't seem to work (no response for a couple of weeks). Anyone have up-to-date info? I'd rather not phone because of the cost and I don't speak Farsi.

Dear friend I don't think it's the best way to book hotels in Iran.
Actually they'd rather not to contact with overseas customers directly and let the agencies do this job for them.

One option is to take the phone number with you and have your cab driver from the airport call them as he's taking you into the city. I seriously doubt you'll have a problem finding a room at Old or New Naderi.

Incidentally which one are you planning to stay in? The LP guide waxes a bit too rhapsodic about the Old Naderi. The reality doesn't quite match.

We were looking at Old Nadeiri; LP suggests it is cheaper than the new one?

If it's not so great, are there any decent reasonably cheap places you could recommend? And would we really be ok to just turn up (in May) without anything booked?

And thanks for the contact info #1.

Hi; I stay in Naderi Hotel right now. I asked about the fax but they don’t have it anymore. You have to call them or going there directly.

The tel no. is: 0098 21 66 70 86 10 , 0098 21 66 70 18 72
