Hi

Sorry for late reply.

There is bus from Tabriz to Tekab or Shahin Dezh everyday, I think few times.
But for going to Takhte-e Soleyman, it is better to stop in Tekab town. There is only two place to stay, one of them is Takht-e Jamshid guest house. It is cheap but not it is not clean. And washrooms are shared and I don't know if they have bathroom or not.
But there is another place as well to stay, so far that I remember it was 30-40 dollars for double bedroom with breakfast. But it is not also what you will accept to be. But it is the best option to stay in Tekab.
From Tekab, next day, you need to take a cab or maybe local minibus to Takht-e Solyeman and visit there and return to Tekab to take a bus to Zanjan.
They road that you like to take to Zanjan, I think it is Dand road, from Takht-e Solyeman that you don't have to return to Tekab. But unfortunately I don't think there is any bus taking this road. Because it has lots of bends and turn and up and down, so because of that the buses take another road which is longer but straight and safer for bus.

You can take the Dand road only if you hire a taxi driver.

Best hopes.
If you have any questions please feel free to ask.

Hello
As I know that my post will not be useful for you, I was there some years ago and I write what I saw and did for you here. There is a place to stay like motel near Takhte Soleyman with private rooms and places to stand your tent and take a rest. There is a pool of hot water there. you can go to Takht Soleyman by taxi, there is a taxi route. I hitchhiked from Takhte Soleyman to Zanjan by a family and paid them money for this route. You can arrange a Taxi for bringing you to Zanjan or back to Takab.
Wish you a happy trip in Iran.
