I'll be applying for a double entry 90 day chinese visa in Tehran tomorrow. Firstly do they issue them in Tehran? Secondly is there anything I can do to increase my chances?

Best to have address and telephone number of your host in Iran with you and ask him/her to be reachable via phone for the VOA ppl.
