We are travelling to Iran next April. According to many comments, it is possible (and advisable) to get the Visa On Arrival in Iranian main airports. We are worry about changes about this (Trump effect?). We will appreciate your opinion about that (we are spanish, by the way).

Being Spanish, you're not American, and Trump isn't your president either. So why worry?
Get the VOA. Trump does not affect you. But you will need travel insurance that mentions coverage in Iran or you will need to buy this when you arrive at the airport, before you can get the visa. You should also have the contact details for a hotel.
