Hi, we just arrived to Rasht today from Masuleh and belive me LP Iran (2004 issue) is becoming really old.
Anyway, in Masuleh go to bazaar and from the left you will find hotel with female hotel manager, prices from 100.000 Rials to 150.000. We were picked up by old guy from village on bus station and he gave us "suite" for 120.000 Rials.
In Rasht, hotel Golestan is not that cheap anymore, I would say, it's different hotel, they ask 34 USD for double and in Kaylan 26 USD. We took room in Fars for 110.000 Rials. Low quality, but for one night, good enough.
