Back in 2010, in Shiraz, I stayed in a place called Esteghlal Hotel (nothing to do with the much more expensive Parsian Esteghlal International Hotel). Does this place still exists?

Does anybody knows for similiar accomodation (like Silk road) in Eshafan and Shiraz, with prices around 10 e for dorm bed?
