Yes, a gay, American, politician (I mean, it can't get worse than that from a Revolutionary Guard perspective, can it) who lied about his profession on the forms and then bragged about how he travelled in Iran independently.
Regarding agencies getting into trouble in the long run, well, my agent (and I'm Canadian / British and "circumvented" the tour requirement) did face a temporary crackdown, but that's because some American client of hers used her to get an MFA code and then disappeared without giving her any info at all about his whereabouts, and the Iranian authorities found him and held her responsible for not knowing his plans. I'm sure he must've been doing something really American and conspicuous because when I traveled nobody really cared about my Canadian passport (or my husband's British passport) or how we were traveling independently, etc etc.
