my girlfriend and I are travelling from new zealand and looking into work on super yachts. we are both very fit, 30yrs of age and looking for a new challenge. I would really apreciate any suggestions/contacts from anyone in regard to this kind of work.

There are several dedicated websites where crew positions are advertised:

Either you look for a boat there, or you register as 'available crew' and wait for anyone to contact you.
I did it, and crewed on a delivery trip of a 57ft sailboat from the UK->Canaries->StLucia->British Virgin Islands.
