Taking My Boat To Cambodia

Does anyone have any direct experience in getting a boat into Cambodia? I want to take my 42ft sailboat there (sihanookville, Kampot) next year. Any clues or contacts would be very much appreciated. I most likely will be arriving from Thailand.

I'll try to find bangkok's harbor master email for you. you will love it there, checking in can be some trouble. you should go there first learn a little thai first, make some friends, very easy! phuket is the best choice for american sailors.you need satcom/vsat to nav somesomeof those waters.

make sure you have an MROP permit. we also will be sailing to thailand and cambodia next year,and it would be nice to have other boats to sister ship and raft up with. we will be sailing that way next year.
