Sailing in Russia

I'm intending to travel on the trans sib in the summer and would like to spend some time sailing at lake baikal.

I've recently completed my Comp crew so have a bit of experience which I would like to build on.

Has anyone eles done this recently that could suggest sailing companies or schools in the area.
