Hi

The yachts on the trading winds come around South India Jan/Feb, right? I am putting a lot of hope to seeking out a crew position on a boat bound for... Madagascar, South Africa or even the East coast.

Which port does the ships mainly use in South India? Would I be better of trying in Sri Lanka?

Any advice or experiences of this route..? How long is the trip typically before mainland Africa?

Any skipper who wants to meet up is more than welcome to send me a private message.
