hi,
im a single parent from Australia and will be travelling to Malasia, Sri Lanka and India with my son next year. My sons father is fine with the plans, but does anyone know if there are any forms that he has to sign to say he consents/is aware of the trip? I dont want to get there and have any problems :)

You can get consent orders doen through family court in oz, I have just done it, costs nothing if you do it yourself, just allows the child to leave Australia without consent of parent, so if the father concents to this you would only have to show the court order, takes 4 -6 weeks info on family court web site it is called a Form 11
