Pregnant & travelling : Where to go?

The hospitals in Thailand seem to have a good reputation...for Medical Tourists...?

Stay in an urban area...would seem to be best... and at good hotels you have better local support available and people who know the local facilities.

You may have trouble at the US border /airport in gaining entry into the US. They don't want 'aliens' coming in to give birth, as the child would then be entitled to US citizenship.
