Heading to Las Vegas this month with a 9 and 15 year old. Anything you recommend for us to see and do? Any great buffets we shouldn't miss? Anyone see either Legends in Concert or American Superstars shows? Worth seeing? Also driving to the Grand Canyon and then to Sedona...anything we should see on the way? Any suggestions are appreciated!! Thanks much.

If you are in Sedona, go for "Slide Rock". The kids´ll love it! It´s a down stream, with shallow waterfalls, to swim in... fun fun fun! Ask about it in Sedona.

Buffet beside the mirage for $3, they will stamp you, you leave the restaurant and you can comeback and still eat with the stamp!! I hope they still have this offer.

our kids loved Las Vegas!!! So much to see. Most of the major casinos have attractions-lions at MGM, Pirate ships at Treasure island, Exploding volcanoes etc. we stayed at Excalibur which my kids loved!!! Grand Canyon is fabulous. book a flight over the canyon. It is the only way to truely appreciate the size of it. if going during summer I would prebook flight. Only drawback in Vegas was that when we went in June 2002 it was 100+ which made walking around hard for the kids. It was incredibly hot and as Aussies they are used to the heat!!!!! we are retuning this year in december. Should be cooler!!
