My family will be in Kyoto next June for about 4 days (then Tokyo for 2).

Looking for accommodation with a taste of Japan where 2 sometimes noisy boys (aged 7 and 10) will be tolerated.
I'm not worried about lack of English, as I have some Japanese and have spent time in Japan.

Any activity recommendations for TV/computer/YuGiYoh/Pokemon aware kids would be good, too.
