We travelled with a lot of different airlines with our three kids and my advice would be: considering the age of your kids don't take an airline like swissair. We flew with them and it was horrible, because they try so much to be discret and perfect and all that, so WOW your kid could SCREAM or even walk around !! And they did not help at all. They were nice, but treated us like potential trouble makers and seemed to be annoyed by the noise and all from the kids.

Oh and one more thing, DO TAKE ANY AIRLINE FROM A SOUTHERN COUNTRY LIKE ITALY SPAIN PORTUGAL !!! They love kids and will treat them like kings and queens and whatever they do they will say: they are only ninos, its okay ..... So it is very relaxing !!
