We have two weeks to spend in Kadavu/Ono (Fiji) in July with our kids ages 6 and 10. They are excellent campers, swim well and love to snorkel.
We would like to walk in the rainforest, visit waterfalls, villages, snorkel, kayak, and swim.
Is it best to stay on the lee side (sheltered) of the island this time of the year?
Any comparison between Matava, Jonas, Tiliva, Waisalima, Papagenos ? Nagigia?
Any direct experience?

thank you

Tamara,
We have been planning a trip to New Caledonia in March but perhaps Fiji would be better. What do you think?

Never been to new caledonia. Fiji is very kid friendly. How old are your kids ?
