Has anyone taken young children to the Galapagos? Our girls are ages 7 and 5. We have traveled through Central America together - but never on any kind of "tour" as one must be part of in the Galapagos. Any information positive or negative would be appreciated.

as your original post is 18 months ago i'm not sure if you'll see this, but did you go? we're looking at taking our 5 & 6 year old biys to Equador & Galapagos in August/September 06 and would welcome any info!
