Advice onhelping babiesa adjusting to time change

Hi all. My family is headed to SEA and would like some input from you all how have been thru this. My son will be 8 mos old when we go and I am concerned about the time change and how to help him get adjusted. Any adivce would be much appreciated.

Hi there. Don't take this wrong (I don't normally drug my kids) but when we took our 18 m old son to Bali from Western Canada we were in the air for about 18 hours total (1 way). When we got to Singapore for our little layover we gave him some childrens gravol (for motion sickness) to help put him to sleep. I am a motion sick kind of person who always falls asleep on gravol so figured no harm for him. Seemed to work and that way he slept when we needed to fit some sleep in. After that we were able to get him on our schedule as the busy pace of travel seems to tire everyone out. Have fun.
