We'd go, but we just got back from California a week ago.

As to the food, they will surely have organic baby greens in the salad. OTOH, given that she used to manage a bar, maybe there will be bar snacks abounding, like Slim Jims, pickled eggs and blind robins.
I recall that Nutrax was picking out a fabulous, special wedding cake a while back. This is indeed a happy event, and we expect a thorough report by the bride.
If it's not forthcoming, we'll invent something.

I think they will have a shed load of:

miniature sausage rolls, miniature sausages, miniature quiche, miniature pickles, miniature eggs, miniature sandwiches, miniature tarts, ETC'........... every plate and serving dish will be labled.

It might be the law in California.

I won't crash w/you but I'd chip in on the gift, as long as it doesn't involve batteries...

I have a macrame Tasmanian Devil toilet roll holder that I'd like to contribute to the bride's dowry.

bound to be Napa valley wine and loads of organic goodies to eat. Sounds like a good idea to crash. Being Scottish I would obviously not give a gift.

Mrs Kravitz and myself were thrilled to be invited to be Matrons of Honor. At the reception we will be organising our own 'receiving' line outside the disabled toilet for all you horny liquored up hunks.
