Doesn't look too much like lamb to me, 'bullyboy. Looks like a well done over fed guinea pig.

I just had some Tasmanian abalone. Very nice -- as far as abalone goes. The shark's fin was quite good as well, although I'm not sure where that was from.

The best bit was the Yangtze River dolphin steak. Very rare, so to speak.
