Our school padre is having a bunch of lambs killed in January, and selling them by the whole or half. They're organically raised pure Zomerzet lamb. Aside from the irony of the lambs being sent to the slaughter by a vicar, it's an opportunity to post for me your favourite lamb recipe.

I just whack me shanks in the Slow_Cooker on a bed of canalonni(?) beans, celery and carrots

Roasted shoulder with rosemary sprigs and garlic is nice

Neck of lamb cut into inch long pices with the Rosemary, garlic and olive oil and then gently grilled is passable...

..Stop bleating!
