What with the beeb in charge now, could we perhaps start a petition to get a spell check introduced for when we are posting. It always annoys me when I read my posts and find them full of mistakes. Spell Check has made me lazy of the years and I can't be asseed to write my posts in Word then copy paste them. Would it be that difficult to introduce one of those squiggly underliny things so plebs like me know when they have erred?

Look here for a free spell checker that will put a clicker in the tool bar and on the mouse right button. http://www.iespell.com/</a> | 4
That's when you click on "Ignore", Anon. ;) | 5
That Reed Cargo rice OP further down the page is really annoying me. (My posts are as full of typos as anyone else's.) | 6
I think people are are get mixed up with needing a spell checker, and an editor on TT. | 7
It'll be interesting to see if the beeb do anything, other than close us down. For sure, if TT was branded 'BBC' they'd need 10 times the mods. | 8
Nearly forgot the almost obligatory: I, for one, (and what else do people think 'I' denotes?) am saddened, as well as furious, that you ask such a question on GS. Food related, I ask :) | 9
...change to the Safari browser which has a spell checker included: Safari for windows/mac/ free download | 10
I've been using Safari for the last few years (I've always had Macs) and had never noticed there was a spell check - just looked in EDIT and there it is, but then you still have to copy paste the text in so I still can't be assed. | 11
