Hi all, i'm boiling up a lovely tammy cat stew. I got some potatoes and beans in it (Don't worry I put the beans in last) and a bit of carrot to flavor the meat. Now all I need is some sauce ideas. Cats don't have much fat on them so theres not much of a gravy. Any ideas would be great. Thanks.

Have you tried mounting it with butter?

Just plain old barbecue sauce would be great. Cat meat barbecue flavor buns = fantastic char siu bao.

You have to be quite careful barbecuing cat. It can get a bit dry, like chicken. I'd say you are better of with a stew and a side of BBQ sauce.

That's right. An alternative way is to skin the cat, dip it in boiling water for a bit, hang it upside down, and then use a blowtorch.

#8, That's how the Laotians do their civets, and the Mongolians their marmots, but it doesn't skin them, it just gets the hair off.
