It's good to be catholic
Even though it's not against the religion (that I don't give a ** about) I've tried recently goat meat, and it was good.

btw- is there any religion yet that forbids eating vegetables?

New Zealanders don't eat sheep, especially the pretty ones, for much the same reason as the Welsh.

My dog is named Lord, Lord is my shepherd. I shall not rant.

Selectively... Jains are not allowed to eat any root vegetables, tubers etc: nor can they eat onions or garlic.

tonieja, goat is great isn't it? I think of it as a cross between lamb and beef.

I enjoyed goat when I had it, but found the bones a little fiddly. Good taste, though.

What part of the goat did you have againaqu? I don't find it much different to lamb in regards to bones but maybe we've had different cuts.

I am though one that doesn't notice food being fiddly unless I'm at a restaurant. At home fiddly food is good food.
