Hi , its Good friday here and as the tradition is to eat seafood I have fresh live mussels . I normally cook with garlic , white wine and parsley and serve with baguette to soak up teh juices but am wondering is anyone has other recipes .
Thank you

Used to be that in Port Antonio, Jamaica there would be market people with plates of sprats: whole, small, flat fish, gutted and fried very dry and crispy. They were served at room temperature with a garnish of onion slices pickled in very hot (peppered) vinegar and a slice of white harddough bread. Sadly, I couldn't find a single one this year. (And they are SO good with beer!)
