I like your comments on the blog about Winnipeg.
So many people just write it off - without ever visiting there.
It offers a great Friday and Saturday night in one of the numerous Eastern Europe clubs - and the people are amongst the friendliest in Canada.
And to keep within the GS room....
The Ukrainian and Polish foods on offer in Winnipeg are just so incredibly good.
Stuffed cabbage rolls and Pierogis spring to mind.
