Can you mail me some German sausages? It's not all that easy to find around here.

A turkey/cranberry sausage sounds absolutely delicious - so why bother with the clams. With something meaty, I'd serve with some mashed potato (or a potato and sweet potato mix) with steamed green vegetables. Save the clams for a seafood stew!
Their sausages are superb, Nutrax. Aside from all pork ones containing only outdoor-reared pork, they also do quite a few sausages with no preservatives which, at least in Britain, is quite unusual. (German wurst and Spanish Chorizo are popular here too - but the quality varies enormously, like sausages everywhere I suspect.)
