Finely sliced Spring onions (scallions?)
Crumbled Feta Cheese
Shredded Basil
Lots of good olive oil

Warm the chickpeas then add the other ingredients and stir through with a grind of black pepper and salt if feta allows...

Paprika, lots of it. Cumin, chopped parsley, red onion, olive oil, lemon juice, S&P.

I make a curry soup with chickpeas, so I think some kind of curry spices would also make a nice salad, maybe with red onion, chopped apples or mangos/dried mango bits/dab of chutney, maybe some kind of nuts for crunch.

Roast some chopped aubergine in the oven. Add to chickpeas with (raw) chopped red onion and a dressing made of lemon juice, olive oil, honey and paprika. That's my favourite!

Chick peas with roasted pumpkin cubes and blanched snow peas. Olive oil, lemon and garlic dressing. Can be eaten warm or cold. Coriander to garnish.
