Why not try dorset cereals - they are musli but with lots of fruit... quite nice but quite expensive - no clue about the sugar content but if its high i'm guessing its cause of all the dried fruit?

#17 00h, Grape-nuts - it's ages since I had them. Don't think I've ever seen them in NZ.

Are they available in Queensland, mockchoc? Getting towards the end of our nightmare year and expect to escape across the ditch in October.
