Has anyone tried it and what did you think?

I have a recipe for it I got from a chefs magazine at the Sydney Fine Food fair and will make it if I ever come across some hump.

Never knew it was edible!

These are Brahman cattle.

The recipe I have is for a Brahman hump pie actually. Looks very nice.

I know tonya.. I'm still keeping out of it. I like everyone here (99% of the time), warts and all.
